• Premium is payable monthly in advance to the funeral parlour. Entry age from 18 – 65 years.
• The amount you can be paid out under this policy is limited to a maximum rand amount; this will depend on the plan you’ve chosen.
• Please contact Beausam Funeral Services or SRS assistance in the event of a claim. They’ll provide you with all the necessary forms you need.
• Premiums to be paid from the 1st of every month to the 7th.
• Failure to pay for 3 months will result in a lapsed stage.
• Additional amount of R55 for dependants 66 to 74 years.
• Additional amount of R80 for dependants 75 to 80 years.
• Maximum of 3 additional members at R40 each.
• Full service is offered to principal member and dependent up to the age of 14 years, 13 years and under terms and conditions apply.
